The Strategy Group at Bridge is responsiblefor our overall direction in education service, designing our verbal and visualbrand, communicating our work internally and externally, providing insight intothe ecosystems within which we work, measuring the impact of our programs,engaging our government partners in programming, ensuring regulatorycompliance, and expanding the reach of our services into new geographies.Creative, Communication, Insights, Policy & Partnerships, and NewOpportunities are all departments within the Strategy Group. The Insights department at Bridge is housedwithin the Strategy group and collaborates across departments to tackle myriadbusiness problems. Our research translates into actionable insights andstrategies that help drive confident business decision-making on topics such ashow to engage with key stakeholders in the communities where we work, how toimprove customer acquisition and loyalty, how to shape a customer-centric valueproposition, to name a few.
While we work on a variety of projects, bothbig and small, our work is anchored in 3 areas: gathering and analyzing corecustomer feedback via our Pulse system; running specialized research projectsthat dive deeply into big, puzzling issues in order to craft new insights;working with internal partners to support the design and testing ofinterventions, many of which are grounded in behavioral theory. Because of theimportance we place on the human voice, our methodological approach tends to bemore qualitative in nature however we often employ quantitative methods as wellin order to analyze large datasets and run regressions to determine the impactof different variables.
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced research professionalto serve as the Customer Insights & Strategy Research Associate. You willreport to the Manager and help with the day-to-day research affairs of theteam, which include but is not limited to: ensuring that all data collection,data syncing and report writing work is done in accordance with the protocolsas well as coordinating with the Manager to coordinate field work andmanage research projects (e.g. organizing team budgeting and travel logisticsand monitoring team performance)
